This Lime Cordial can make up to 5 litres of drink - it has a lovely sharp, tangy flavour, which is delicious with gin, brandy, vodka or white rum, with a dash of soda or tonic. Very refreshing made up with iced cold water.

A concentrated lemon syrup, which must be diluted and can make up to 5 litres of drink. Made to a very old traditional New Zealand recipe – basically a sugar syrup with fresh organically grown and spray-free lemon juice and rind.
