Or In a wok dice your honey-dew injected venison in good chunk sizes, slice an onion and stirfry in pan with Matapiro Leccino Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Add a good dash of Cathedral Cove Macadamia Dukkah (macadamia nuts, coriander, cumin, sesame seeds, chilli kelp, turmeric, salt & black pepper) and add in a couple of your favourite vegetables sliced - red peppers, broccoli, peas, etc, along with another slurp of your olive oil.  Continue to cook until you have your meat & veges to your liking.  A lovely way to eat this lean, but very tasty venison cut.
