This cheese has a good balance of sharp, nutty and sweet taste. Very yummy in the piece or grated over your favourite dish. Awarded Champion Cheese in 2009 NZ Cheese Awards

Pecorino comes from the Italian Pecora meaning ewe. Pecorino style is made from sheep's milk only.
