A Spanish variety noted for its pungent fruity, floral aroma. This extra virgin olive oil is ideal for delicate fish and chicken dishes and leafy salads and vegetable preserves i.e. pickled mushrooms. Equally delicious in European style focaccia or bruschetta breadmaking.

Matapiro Olives is a family-owned olive oil producer specialising in single estate, premium quality extra virgin olive oils.
