Mel's Korma Masala

In a pan add 1kg of diced chicken and this entire packet of Mel's Korma Masala, along with 1 cup of water.  Cook until the chicken is tender and aromatic.  Slow cooking will enhance the flavours.  You can also use lamb, beef or vegetables.  Serve with naan bread or steamed basmati rice and a fresh salad.  Garnish with slivered almonds.
