Fresh product available from next Wednesday 14th July. Their salmon is oven baked and then smoked naturally. The smoking process uses Manuka woodchips to add to the delicious flavour. The flavours are gluten free and include no preservatives nor colouring. Available in various sizes & flavours. Smoked to your order.
