Lanolin is readily absorbed into the skin, leaving it soft and moisturised.   This skincare product is made under strict hygiene regulations.  Ingredients are : water, glycerine, lanolin, phenoxyethanol,potassium sorbate, capric caprylic triglycere, decyl oleate, cetearyl alcohol, peg 20 stearate, iodopropynyl, butylcarbamate, behentrimonium methosulfate, witch hazel, keratin extract (prosina), chamomile oil, passion flower extract, perfume.  Paraben free.  No mineral oil.  Not tested on animals.
