A traditional Dutch cheese which has a creamy texture and mild flavour when young, by the time the cheese is vintage it has developed intense and complex flavours, and has a firm texture.

Gold Medal 2009 & 2008 - NZ Cheese Awards. Silver Medal 2007. Bronze Medal 2006. It just keeps improving.
