Only the best quality tree-ripened fruit grown in NZ, prepared to a recipe. This dressing has absolutely no artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives. Gluten free.

Handmade in small batches. This vinaigrette is great over cooked veges as well. Roast a selection of vegetables in your oven - potatoes, onions, pumpkin, kumara, carrot chunks, red pepper wedges, chopped streaky bacon (try the Peter Timbs under Meats & Seafood) and then when ready splash the Tamarillo Vinaigrette over the dish - adds wonderful flavour.
