A chutney that you can very easily become addicted to. Whole lemons are roasted in the oven twice to give you a mysterious, smokey, caramalized flavour. Along with the secret herbs & spices, this is a perfect accompaniment for some of the softer Indian curries, great with cheese and crackers and a glass of wine on the verandah before dinner, and stunning with roasted fish garnished with fresh coriander.
