Oil free, this dressing is a combination of Thai & citrus (organge & lemon juice)flavours. Beautiful on green salads, or over sliced beef or fish.

Handmade in small batches. Gluten free. No preservatives, no additives, no GE assistance and no shortcuts are used to create our homemade dressings. They use only the best of dessert grade fruit and believe flavour is of prime importance.
