Delivery/Returns Policy:
1.      We can deliver Nationwide within New Zealand 5 days a week. 
2.      Claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of despatch. Tastes from around New Zealand Ltd (“Tfanz”) reserves the right to replace or credit the amount for the goods being rejected for the above reason.    “Tfanz” will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on any item after delivery, unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
3.      Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
4.      There are restrictions on what products can be sent around the country and this is to ensure that products turn up in premium condition. We will not courier any refrigerated or frozen products to the South Island, and will only deliver refrigerated products around the North Island if we can be guaranteed that the service is same day or overnight. This would then exclude all rural addresses as delivery to these areas takes longer. All other products can be delivered nationwide.

If you are having your creditcard declined:

please contact your bank.  All banks have increased security measures for on-line shopping.  Whilst a hassle this will make it easier for you to purchase on-line and more secure for everyone.
