Refund Policy

We will meet our obligations as per the Consumer Guarantees Act with regards to refunds.  All requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@tfanz.co.nz for consideration.  Please include the circumstances and reasoning behind why a refund is required. We will endeavour to reply within 7 days to your request.

If you are having your creditcard declined:

please contact your bank.  All banks have increased security measures for on-line shopping.  Whilst a hassle this will make it easier for you to purchase on-line and more secure for everyone.
